If you would like to enrol in one of our online courses, you need a Moodle account (this is a different account than the one you hold on the main Poetry School website) - see below for some practical tips on how to go about doing this.

Registering for the first time

When you're on the Poetry School Online website (PSO) for the fist time, there will be a message in the top left corner saying 'you are not logged in' (login). Click on 'login' and it will take you to a new screen where you can login on the left and create a new account on the right. This is what you need to do.

Create a new Account
Click on the 'Create a new Account' button which will take you to a new screen where you can enter your details. All fields with a red * are required fields and you have to complete them in order to succesfully create your new account. Make sure the email address you provide is accurate - a confirmation email will be sent there when you've completed this step.

Confirmation Email
You should have received an email from Poetry School Team with a link to confirm your account. Click on this link, and you will be re-directed to the PSO main page again. This time there will be a note in the top right corner saying: 'You are logged in as Your Name'. On the main PSO website you will see site news and available courses and you will be able to click on them. However, you still have limited access to the course content until you have enrolled and paid. Because we keep the number of students on each course to a maximum of 12, you have to enrol on our main website. Once you've done this, the course administrator will send you the enrolment key for the course you have booked - we aim to send out the enrolment key no later than 2 weeks before the start date of your course.

Enrol in the Course - Online or over the Phone
In order to make sure all enrolments happen in the same place, we'd like to ask you to go to www.poetryschool.com and book online. Please find the course you would like to enrol in in our list of online courses, and click on it. Here you will get the option to add to basket. You will be directed to the secure payment site of PayPal where you can pay with a card. You will receive a payment receipt from them, and a confirmation email from the Poetry School. The Poetry School Administrator will then get in touch with you to send you the enrolment key for the course you enrolled in.

Call us
If you'd like to speak to one of us before you enrol, or if you'd rather pay over the phone with a debit or credit card - call us at 0207 582 1679. The same as with online booking, once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email with the enrolment key.
